Revlon Ultra HD Lipstick Swatches & Review

I had an update from Revlon:

“HD lipstick means:

High resolution color that hugs your lips and turns heads
Next generation lipstick with higher color concentration, yet lighter than a traditional lipstick
Revlon’s patented wax-free HD gel technology (delivers true color clarity)”

I’m still not convinced – 5/10

I haven’t had a further response from Revlon, so without further ado here is my review of the Ultra HD lipsticks and swatches; you can click on the link below to watch my video and/or carry on reading:

Colour: I purchased Hibiscus, Geranium, Hydrangea, Poppy, Petunia and Orchid. The colours are all nice and bright; there are 14 shades available (we seem to be missing Tulip in the U.K.), ranging from neutrals to plums. Some of the shades are quite sheer, whilst others are opaque with one swipe; its a bit inconsistent.

Texture/ Finish: All of the shades that I tried were very moisturising; the texture of the Ultra HD Lipstick is very similar to the Revlon Lipbutter, but a bit glossier.
