The Urban Decay Naked Vault was due to launch on 1st November, so there were quite a few baffled customers on Saturday when this didn’t happen. Many, like myself, took to Twitter to try and find out what was going on, but the Selfridges official Twitter insisted they had no information about the launch date and to sign up for email notification.
Visiting the Selfridges site today a new message was displayed and it is no longer possible to sign up for a notification email about the launch:
Due to overwhelming demand, the sign up form for Urban Decay’s exclusive Naked Vault set is no longer available. If you have already submitted your details to us, we’ll send you an email as soon as the product lands at selfridges.com.
Please be aware that there are only 60 Naked Vault sets available and over 14,000 people have signed up. We hope that you’re one of the fortunate few to get your hands on this set, good luck!
A few minutes ago I received an email from Selfridges advising that the Naked Vault will be launched at 8am tomorrow; an email will be sent to everyone who signed up to the waiting list, and it will only be possible to purchase the Naked Vault by following the link in the email.
Over 14,000 people have signed up and only 60 sets are available; I hope that I will be able to get my hands on this, but the odds are quite slim. Good luck everyone!
