Dreamology by Lucy Keating

I’m not going to lie, I bought this book for the cover. It is absolutely stunning. The jacket design is by Natalie Sousa, who also did the cover for Everything Everything, which is another of my favourite covers.   From the blurb: For as long as Alice can remember, she has dreamed of Max. We Were On A Break by Lindsey Kelk

If you’ve been reading my blog for a while you already know that I heart Lindsey Kelk (see what I did there?). We had a bit of a potter, went for coffee (and cake, of course!), and compared purchases. I produced The Rest of Us Just Live Here with a flourish, … Continue reading The Rest of Us Just Live Here by Patrick Ness

In Fear

He then booked a hotel for the two of them for the first night, the cheeky scamp.  They get lost on the way after a rather odd experience in a local pub. They wait outside for a guide to show them how to get to the hotel, and a knob in a land-rover beeps behind them before driving off. They follow him … Continue reading In Fear
